Once this information is given I will contact you via phone or email and a rental agreement will be mailed, faxed or emailed with instructions. The deposit is due within 10 days of the reservation for 50% of the rental amount. You can pay by cash, credit card or cheque. The balance of the rental is due 30 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Before 30 days prior to arrival (balance not paid): 100% of your deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.

Within 30 days prior to arrival (balance paid); IN ALL CASES 50% of your payment will be retained as a cancellation fee. If we are unable to recover the full value of the booking, 100% of your payment will be retained.
